The app Laundrio (id.alastic.laundrio) by PT Alastic Global Industries (Alastic Corp).
Laundrio works on your device. Orders, customers, prices, expenses and reports are stored only in the app on your phone. There is no account and no sign-in. Data leaves your device only when you choose to send it: a receipt you send by WhatsApp, a backup file you export, or feedback you send.
Your store details (name, address, phone), services and prices, customers you add (name, phone number, notes), orders (weight or quantity, price, status, dates, payment), expenses and settings. Customer details are entered by you as the shop owner; you are responsible for having your customers' permission to keep them.
When you tap a WhatsApp button, Laundrio opens WhatsApp with the receipt or message text and the customer's number filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. That message is then handled by WhatsApp under its own terms; Laundrio does not see or store it.
Bluetooth is used only to find and print to your thermal receipt printer. It is not used to track you or your location.
Backup and CSV export create a file on your device that you share where you choose (for example your own cloud drive). We never receive it.
If you use Send feedback, your message, its category, the app version, phone model/operating system and app language are sent encrypted (HTTPS) to our server, which forwards them to our support inbox (via the FormSubmit form service). It is used only to fix problems and improve the app. No order or customer data is included.
No ads, no analytics and no third-party trackers. We do not sell or share your data.
Delete single orders, customers or services in the app. Deleting the app removes all its data from your phone. To delete a feedback message you sent, contact us.
Laundrio is a business tool for a general adult audience and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Laundrio bekerja di perangkat Anda. Order, pelanggan, harga, pengeluaran, dan laporan hanya disimpan di aplikasi di HP Anda. Tanpa akun dan tanpa login. Data hanya keluar dari perangkat saat Anda sendiri mengirimnya: nota lewat WhatsApp, file backup yang Anda ekspor, atau masukan yang Anda kirim.
Detail toko (nama, alamat, telepon), layanan dan harga, pelanggan yang Anda tambahkan (nama, nomor HP, catatan), order (berat atau jumlah, harga, status, tanggal, pembayaran), pengeluaran, dan pengaturan. Data pelanggan diisi oleh Anda sebagai pemilik usaha; Anda bertanggung jawab memperoleh izin pelanggan untuk menyimpannya.
Saat Anda menekan tombol WhatsApp, Laundrio membuka WhatsApp dengan teks nota/pesan dan nomor pelanggan terisi. Tidak ada yang terkirim sampai Anda menekan kirim di WhatsApp. Pesan tersebut kemudian diproses WhatsApp sesuai ketentuannya sendiri; Laundrio tidak melihat atau menyimpannya.
Bluetooth hanya dipakai untuk menemukan dan mencetak ke printer thermal Anda, tidak untuk melacak Anda atau lokasi Anda.
Backup dan ekspor CSV membuat file di perangkat yang Anda bagikan ke tempat pilihan Anda (misalnya cloud milik Anda). Kami tidak pernah menerimanya.
Jika Anda memakai Kirim masukan, pesan, kategorinya, versi aplikasi, tipe HP/sistem operasi, dan bahasa aplikasi dikirim terenkripsi (HTTPS) ke server kami, lalu diteruskan ke kotak masuk dukungan kami (melalui layanan FormSubmit). Hanya dipakai untuk memperbaiki masalah dan mengembangkan aplikasi. Data order dan pelanggan tidak ikut terkirim.
Tanpa iklan, analitik, atau pelacak pihak ketiga. Kami tidak menjual atau membagikan data Anda.
Hapus order, pelanggan, atau layanan satu per satu di aplikasi. Menghapus aplikasi juga menghapus seluruh datanya dari HP Anda. Untuk menghapus masukan yang pernah dikirim, hubungi kami.
