Pantrova ("the app") is published on Google Play by Alastic Corp (PT Alastic Global Industries). This policy explains what data the app handles.
Pantrova works without an account. Your food items, places, kitchens, history, shopping list and settings are stored only on your device. We do not run servers that receive this data. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking SDKs.
The camera is used only while you scan a barcode. Barcodes are read on your device. Camera images are never stored or transmitted.
If you turn on "Look up product names online", the app sends only the barcode number to Open Food Facts (openfoodfacts.org), a free public product database, to retrieve a product name and category. No personal information is sent. You can turn this off at any time in Settings. Open Food Facts' own privacy policy applies to their service.
If you use "Send feedback", the message you type, the app version, app language and platform are sent to us by e-mail through the FormSubmit service. If you choose to enter an e-mail address, we use it only to reply to you. We keep feedback e-mails only as long as needed to handle your request.
Expiry reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent anywhere.
Backup (JSON), spreadsheet (CSV) and shared lists are files you create and send yourself. If Android's own device backup is enabled on your phone, Android may include the app's data in your personal Google backup, under your control.
Use Settings › Delete all data, or uninstall the app, to remove all data from your device. To delete feedback you sent, e-mail us.
The app is intended for a general adult audience and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Dates and storage times shown in the app are general guidance only. Always follow the package label and local food-safety advice.
