StayWaras ("the app") is published by PT Alastic Global Industries (Alastic Corp).

Summary. Your journal, mood check-ins, memories, streaks and chat history are stored on your phone. When you chat, the text of your message (and up to 12 short "memories" you allowed the app to keep) is sent over HTTPS to our server, which passes it to Anthropic to write the reply. We do not store the content of your messages on our servers. We have no accounts, no ads and no analytics. A message the app treats as an immediate crisis is answered on the phone and is not sent.

What leaves your phone

• Chat requests: your latest messages (up to about 16 recent turns, plus the message you just sent), the character you chose, your language, your chat style, the "what's keeping you busy" choices, your short memories, and a random install ID. The request also includes a minor flag that the app always sends as false, because we do not calculate age. The random install ID is used for rate limiting and the free daily limit, is not linked to your name, and is kept only temporarily in server memory (a counter, not the message). The server also uses the connection's IP address for a short in-memory rate limit and does not store it with your chat.
• AI provider: Anthropic processes the request to generate the reply under its commercial API terms. The server does not keep the message. A server setting can send the same request to OpenAI first, only if an OpenAI key is configured; that request asks OpenAI not to store it, and if OpenAI fails the request is sent to Anthropic. With no OpenAI key, only Anthropic is used.
• Microphone: optional, and only after you tap the mic in a voice call. On iPhone the app uses Apple's speech recognizer; on Android it uses the phone's speech recognizer (on most phones, Google's). We do not upload the recording to our server. The recognizer may send the audio to its own service to produce the text; the app receives only the text, and that text is then handled like something you typed.
• Spoken replies: replies are read aloud on the phone. If our server has a speech service configured, the text of that reply (not your recording) is sent to Microsoft to make a more natural voice. If an expressive voice is switched on for the server, that text is sent to Google instead, and if Google cannot make the audio it may be sent to Microsoft. We do not store that text or the generated audio. If no speech service is on, or both fail, the phone reads the reply itself and nothing extra is sent.
• Feedback and AI-reply reports: if you send them, the message, topic, optional name and email, app version and language are sent through FormSubmit to our support inbox. If you leave the optional details switch on, a short slice of the phone's user-agent string is included. A report contains only the single AI reply you report.
• Purchases: the iPhone app does not offer a purchase and does not send payment details. There is no account to bill. If an Android subscription is added later, Google Play would handle that payment and we still would not see card details.

What never leaves your phone: journal entries, mood check-ins, streaks, points, badges, and the full chat history. We do not ask for, store, or send a birth year. Setup only keeps one checkbox on the phone: that you are 13 or older.

Your controls. In the app you can see, edit and delete what your character remembers; export your data; delete chat history; or delete everything (Delete account and all data). Uninstalling also removes everything on the phone. Android cloud backup is disabled for this app. To delete feedback messages you sent, contact us.

Safety. The app checks your messages on the device for signs of crisis and, if found, shows helplines instead of AI-written advice. Helpline numbers come from public sources and may change; they are not affiliated with us.

AI notice. The characters are AI. They can make mistakes and are not a medical or counselling service.

Age. For ages 13 and over. During setup you tick "I'm 13 or older." We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Notifications. Optional daily reminders are scheduled on your phone; no data is sent for this.

Saat kamu chat, teks pesanmu (dan maksimal 12 "ingatan" singkat yang kamu izinkan disimpan) dikirim lewat HTTPS ke server kami, lalu diteruskan ke Anthropic untuk menulis balasan. Yang keluar dari HP kamu

• Penyedia AI: Anthropic memproses permintaan untuk membuat balasan sesuai ketentuan API komersialnya. Server tidak menyimpan pesannya. Pengaturan server bisa mengirim permintaan yang sama ke OpenAI lebih dulu, hanya jika kunci OpenAI dipasang; permintaan itu meminta OpenAI agar tidak menyimpannya, dan jika OpenAI gagal permintaan diteruskan ke Anthropic. Tanpa kunci OpenAI, yang dipakai hanya Anthropic.
• Mikrofon: opsional, dan hanya setelah kamu mengetuk mikrofon di panggilan suara. Di iPhone aplikasi memakai pengenal ucapan Apple; di Android aplikasi memakai pengenal ucapan HP (di sebagian besar HP, milik Google). Kami tidak mengunggah rekaman ke server kami. Pengenal ucapan itu bisa mengirim audio ke layanannya sendiri untuk menghasilkan teks; aplikasi hanya menerima teksnya, lalu teks itu diperlakukan seperti ketikan.
• Balasan yang dibacakan: balasan dibacakan di HP. Jika server kami dipasangi layanan suara, teks balasan itu (bukan rekamanmu) dikirim ke Microsoft untuk membuat suara yang lebih alami. Jika suara ekspresif dinyalakan di server, teks itu dikirim ke Google, dan jika Google tidak bisa membuat audionya teks itu bisa dikirim ke Microsoft. Kami tidak menyimpan teks itu atau audio yang dihasilkan. Jika layanan suara mati, atau keduanya gagal, HP yang membacakan balasan dan tidak ada yang dikirim tambahan.
• Masukan dan laporan balasan AI: jika kamu kirim, pesan, topik, nama dan email opsional, versi aplikasi, dan bahasa dikirim lewat FormSubmit ke kotak masuk dukungan kami. Jika sakelar detail opsional dibiarkan nyala, sepenggal user-agent HP ikut terkirim. Laporan hanya berisi satu balasan AI yang kamu laporkan.
• Pembelian: aplikasi di iPhone tidak menawarkan pembelian dan tidak mengirim detail pembayaran. Tidak ada akun yang ditagih. Kalau nanti ada langganan di Android, Google Play yang mengurus pembayaran itu, dan kami tetap tidak melihat detail kartu.

Yang tidak pernah keluar dari HP: isi jurnal, cek mood, streak, poin, lencana, dan riwayat chat lengkap. Kami tidak menanyakan, menyimpan, atau mengirim tahun lahir. Saat mulai, yang tersimpan di HP hanya satu centang: kamu 13 tahun ke atas.

Kendalimu. Di aplikasi kamu bisa melihat, mengubah, dan menghapus ingatan karakter; mengekspor data; menghapus riwayat chat; atau menghapus semuanya (Hapus akun dan semua data). Mencopot aplikasi juga menghapus semuanya di HP. Cadangan cloud Android dinonaktifkan untuk aplikasi ini. Untuk menghapus masukan yang pernah kamu kirim, hubungi kami.

Keselamatan. Aplikasi memeriksa pesanmu di perangkat untuk tanda krisis dan, bila ada, menampilkan layanan bantuan alih-alih saran buatan AI. Nomor layanan bantuan berasal dari sumber publik dan dapat berubah; kami tidak berafiliasi dengan mereka.
